Cancellation, Tardies, or No-show Policy
Please be mindful of the time, product, & energy that we have specially reserved for you...if for any reason you are unable to make your appointment please notify Face Value at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled to respectfully accommodate the next client's appointment. These tardies, last minute cancellations, or no shows will result in a 50% fee. Thank you for your consideration.
